Our young, talented team has a combined 30+ years of experience in orthopaedic, neurologic, paediatric and cardiopulmonary physical rehabilitation. As a policy, all members of the staff at InSync Therapeutics are qualified first-responders, all equipped to provide hands-on therapeutics in addition to their clinical expertise in therapeutic modalities and decision making. We are guided by the key question “What is best?” and therefore hold ourselves accountable to providing only the highest standard of care, working with our clients to provide the best outcomes. By following this guiding question, we take pride in our team of ambitious staff, all leaders in their sphere’s, and all demonstrating a commitment to education and science. Angelica Holder
B.Sc. MR-PT, M.Sc. Candidate

Co-founder of Insync Therapeutics, Angelica is a trained physical therapist and current candidate for a Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of the West Indies. Angelica is currently the lead physiotherapist for Guyana’s national cricket team and Guyana’s physiotherapist in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. With over 4 years experience in multiple fields of physiotherapy such as acute care, neurorehabilitation and orthopaedic therapy through the Ministry of Health. In addition to being a scholarship student for the University of Guyana for her undergraduate degree in Medical Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy), Angelica also holds specialised certifications in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement.

Subsequently, she is trained in popular resurgence modalities such as massage therapy, dry needling, Kinesiotaping and Mckenzie’s techniques for back pain relief.

Neil Barry
B.Sc. MR-PT, M.Sc. S.E.M.

Co-founder of Insync Therapeutics, Neil holds a wealth of experience globally, working for more than 5 years with West Indian Male, Female and Emerging cricket teams, as well as with the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League, and 2-time Caribbean Premier League Winners Barbados Royals (previously known as Tridents). He has also worked extensively with the Ministry of Health Rehabilitation Departments, and helped to formulate national accessibility policy for persons with disabilities. 

A former national multi-sport athlete, Neil also holds post graduate certification from the University of the West Indies in Sports and Exercise Medicine. He has a passion for education- demonstrated by hundreds of mentorship and teaching hours, including with the University of Guyana.

Natisha Mokutnauth
B.Sc. MR-PT

Best graduating student from the College of Medical Sciences in a Bachelors of Medical Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy) of the University of Guyana. She exudes practical knowledge which has led her to a successful career as the lead physiotherapist for the Guyana’s Female Senior Football and Women’s cricket teams. Natisha has demonstrated her commitment to continuously upskilling by adding qualifications in Mckenzie’s Exercise Techniques for lower back pain and upper limb injuries, as well as in kinesiology taping.

Her leadership as President of the Guyana Youth Action Network as well as her role as a Youth Ambassador demonstrates her passion for philanthropy and youth development, with her efforts going rewarded by the National Sports Commission.

Noelex Holder
B.Sc. MR-PT

Noelex embodies the principles of Insync Therapeutics by combining both academic and performance excellence. He was recognized by the Guyana Olympic Association when he achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy) while excelling as a national sprinter. In addition to this he has led multiple successful teams through national and regional track meets and events as the travelling Physiotherapist of our track teams. He continues his exciting journey as a sprinter while continuing to grow as a clinician, obtaining additional certifications in Mckenzie’s Exercise Techniques for lower back pain and upper body injury, along with Kinesiotaping. He continues to be part of olympic weight-lifting developmental workshops and works closely with our clients to achieve performance targets.
